2025 TOURNAMENT RULES BRIEFING VIDEO

All-Stars can be announced MAY 15

          Affidavits MUST be created using the program available through each League's Data Center once the Tournament Enrollment Form is filled out and submitted in the League's Data Center. You will only be allowed to create an affidavit for the team(s) you have chosen to enroll in the International Tournament.
         This process automatically plots players on a league boundary map and creates a ready-to-print complete affidavit and player verification form, ready for the appropriate signatures. This process is available for all levels of tournament play, except for the 7 & 8 year-old Invitational All-Star Tournament.
          Please note that if you request a Combined Play for tournament with another League or Leagues, only ONE LEAGUE in the combination will be allowed to form the tournament team (unless a waiver is obtained from Williamsport).
